ACADEMEE is seeking a Kitchen Assistant (M/F) for its partner company under an apprenticeship contract. The role involves preparing sushi and other products, following recipes and HACCP rules, managing stock and product use-by dates, maintaining a clean and organized stand, and supporting production according to brand standards. The position is available immediately, requires candidates to be between 16 and 29 years old and authorized to work in France, and includes ACADEMEE training with no candidate costs.
