Kinexus Group is hiring an Apprenticeship Program Coordinator to manage and grow apprenticeship programs for the Business Solutions Team and MW! BCVB. The role coordinates U.S. Department of Labor compliance and reporting, apprenticeship data, training and supportive services, employer referrals, participant enrollment and case management, grant administration, Salesforce CRM use, and sector activities. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and experience, grant management, project management, workforce development knowledge, strong communication, and collaboration with employers and workforce partners.
