RWE Generation is hiring a full-time, permanent Apprenticeship Trainer for Mechatronics and Electronics for Automation and Operating Technology at its Lingen site. The role provides technical and hands-on leadership to apprentices, supports their development through assessment and coaching, ensures training quality and compliance with the IHK framework, manages on-site operational rotations, and coordinates with vocational schools, chambers, and internal departments. Applicants need a completed mechatronics technician apprenticeship, an additional technician or master qualification, proof of trainer aptitude, relevant power-plant or process-industry experience, strong teaching and safety skills, and fluent German; English is desirable.
