Citi is hiring a full-time Applications Development Programmer Analyst to participate in establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs. The role involves analyzing issues, recommending and implementing solutions, testing and debugging, writing basic code, supporting client-server applications, databases, networks, and data centers, and resolving incidents. Candidates need 1–3 years of experience with the Openlink Endur/ION Endur platform, Java development, SQL and Oracle, application support, and knowledge of energy trading and risk management concepts; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
