Description
The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior-level technology role responsible for leading applications systems analysis and programming activities, coordinating with management and technology teams, defining system enhancements, evaluating complex business and system processes, and ensuring application design follows the architecture blueprint. The role also advises and coaches mid-level developers and analysts, manages project priorities, assesses risk, and supports compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. It requires 6–10 years of relevant applications development or systems analysis experience, project management and leadership skills, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred. The position is full time and pays $120,800 to $170,800.
