The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst leads applications systems analysis and programming activities, designing, developing, and maintaining Java applications with Spring Boot, microservices, RESTful APIs, MongoDB, Oracle, Docker, and OpenShift. The role collaborates with developers, testers, stakeholders, and management teams; troubleshoots application issues; coaches mid-level developers; and manages complex projects while ensuring compliance and ethical standards. It requires 8+ years of relevant applications development or systems analysis experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and strong technical and leadership skills.
