Citi is hiring a full-time Java Full Stack Lead Developer – Vice President to lead enterprise application development, modernization, architecture, delivery, and technical leadership. The role combines hands-on Java, Spring, microservices, API, data integration, testing, security, and application modernization work with guidance of developers, peer code review, stakeholder advising, and compliance oversight. It requires extensive enterprise application development experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and a master’s degree is preferred.
