Citi is hiring a full-time Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst in Irving, Texas, to participate in establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs. The role covers feasibility studies, IT planning, risk assessment, application analysis and programming, project implementation, testing, user and operational support, security recommendations, and advising senior stakeholders. Candidates should have 5–8 years of relevant experience, systems analysis and programming experience, project management knowledge, and experience with Python and AI/ML tools such as Devin; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is also required.
