Description
Arkansas Hospice is hiring a full- and part-time Palliative Care Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority to provide hospital and community-based palliative, end-of-life, and symptom-management care. The role collaborates with physicians, home-health and hospital nurses, and other care teams; evaluates patients, recommends tests and medication adjustments, maintains records, supports quality measures, and provides staff training. Applicants need a master’s degree in nursing, Arkansas licensure, prescriptive authority including a DEA certificate, and extensive travel and flexible-hour availability; two years of RN or APRN palliative care experience and two years of administrative experience are preferred.
