Description
Ohio’s Hospice is hiring a full-time Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to provide hospice and palliative care to patients with serious and life-limiting illnesses in the Newark and Columbus area. The role includes advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis, individualized care planning, symptom management, interdisciplinary collaboration, patient and family education, documentation, and travel throughout the service area. Applicants must hold an MSN, at least two years of APRN clinical experience, an active Ohio RN license, APRN board certification, an active DEA license, CPR certification, computer and documentation skills, a valid driver’s license, and adequate automobile insurance. ACHPN certification is required within two years of employment.
