Description
The APS Supervisor leads end-to-end Lean Manufacturing and Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) deployment across shop-floor and support functions. The role manages KPIs and operational performance indicators, conducts APS maturity assessments, drives continuous-improvement initiatives such as value-stream mapping and line balancing, develops team capability, and supports digital transformation through software, data analytics, and AI-driven solutions. Candidates need strong Lean Manufacturing experience, a proven record deploying or sustaining APS, TPS, or similar production systems, advanced English, and strong analytical skills with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
