Micron Technology is seeking a hardware engineer to develop and optimize wafer and assembly equipment for first-of-a-kind and next-generation memory and storage products. The role includes creating hardware roadmaps, improving equipment maturity and capability, conducting root-cause and failure-mode analysis, collaborating with process development teams, supporting equipment transfer to production, and applying artificial intelligence. Candidates need experience with design of experiment techniques, statistical process control, defect and data analysis, wafer and assembly tools, and overlay systems, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and project-management skills.
