Micron Technology is hiring an Advanced Packaging Technology Development Manufacturing Development Engineering (MDE) Senior Manager to lead the APTD MDE organization supporting DLT, MRDA, and WLT process development. The role provides organizational, technical, operational, and multi-shift leadership; develops workforce capability and succession planning; partners with cross-functional technology and manufacturing teams; and drives AI-enabled operational excellence, safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Candidates need extensive semiconductor or advanced packaging experience, proven engineering-organization leadership, and either a master's degree with 5+ years of semiconductor experience or a bachelor's degree with 10+ years.
