Description
BD is hiring an experienced AQE Engineer to support quality, validation, compliance, and continuous improvement activities in its medical device manufacturing operations. The role leads equipment and process validations, conducts quality investigations and root-cause analysis, supports supplier quality and regulatory compliance, analyzes quality trends, and collaborates with manufacturing, engineering, suppliers, and customer service. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, 3–5 years of engineering experience, validation expertise, knowledge of cGMP and ISO standards, strong analytical and communication skills, and bilingual Spanish and English proficiency. The primary work location is Humacao, Puerto Rico, and the posting does not specify a work shift.
