Description
Molex is hiring an AQP Supervisor to lead the Advanced Quality Planning team at its Taiwan Design Center. The role owns AQP execution during the New Product Introduction phase, manages risk identification and elimination, coaches engineers, supports product readiness and customer expectations, and leads AQP tool, workflow, and reporting improvements. The position requires at least five years of experience in product development, advanced quality, or quality engineering, plus at least three years of direct leadership experience managing five or more engineers.
