Description
The Dishwasher cleans, sanitizes, stores, and dispatches dishes, utensils, equipment, and smallwares in a restaurant or licensed venue. The role also maintains kitchen areas, refrigerators, and storerooms, follows health and safety regulations, helps control kitchen expenses, and may assist with food deliveries and production. Candidates should be able to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 50 pounds, and previous customer-service experience, Food Safe certification, and a WHIMIS certificate are preferred.
