Description
The Making Waves Supervisor leads Aquatic and Administrative staff, coaches and mentors employees, supports program quality and operational standards, manages client and external-conductor relationships, maintains facility standards, and handles inventory and administrative duties. The role requires LSS National Lifeguard and Lifesaving Instructor certifications, Standard First Aid with CPR-C, a Vulnerable Sector Check, and at least one year of staff-leadership experience. It is an hourly part-time position based in Vaughan, Ontario, with daytime, evening, and weekend shifts and a minimum of two days per week.
