Description
The Aquatics Assistant Manager supports the Aquatics Manager in overseeing programs such as Family Swim, Swim Lessons, Swim Team, and Masters Swim; manages team members, safety, member inquiries, and department finances; and helps develop aquatics staff. The role requires strong swimming and water-safety skills, customer-service and supervisory experience, swim-instruction or coaching experience, lifeguard experience, and relevant certifications. It is an hourly position paying $19.75 to $26.50, with benefits including a subsidized membership, discounts, retirement matching, training, paid leave, and for full-time members, medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
