Description
The Greater Philadelphia YMCA is seeking an Aquatics Certification Instructor to deliver certification training classes across several branch locations. The role involves following training designs, verifying prerequisites and testing requirements, maintaining accurate course records, supporting participants, setting up classes, communicating pool rules, maintaining a safe and enjoyable aquatics environment, and providing excellent member service. Candidates must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, hold current swim lesson instructor trainer or American Red Cross lifeguard/first aid/CPR/AED instructor certifications, and be able to travel between branches.
