Description
The Aquatics Lead is a part-time shift leader for the YMCA’s aquatics department, reporting to the Aquatics Director. The role supervises aquatics staff and volunteers, oversees pool operations and safety, delivers customer service, supports swim lessons and facility rentals, provides break coverage and on-call lifeguarding, and assists with administrative, training, marketing, and fundraising activities. The position works in and near the indoor pool, may include office work, and requires at least two years of aquatics programming experience plus lifeguard, CPR/AED, and basic first-aid certifications.
