Description
The Aquatics Lifeguard will monitor indoor and outdoor recreational and lap pools, the pool deck, and water slides; greet members; rescue swimmers in danger; administer first aid; warn swimmers of dangerous areas; and help with aquatics events. The role requires StarGuard Elite Lifeguard, BLS CPR, and First Aid certification, strong swimming and water-retrieval ability, and the ability to work in a stationary position and move around the club for prolonged periods. It is an hourly position paying $16.00 to $19.00, with benefits including a subsidized membership and, for full-time members, medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
