Description
The Aquatics Supervisor manages and trains Aquatics Department Team Members, supports members in recreational and lap swimming, provides customer service, maintains facility cleanliness and order, and promotes Life Time swim programs. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, specified swimming, treading-water, and lifting abilities, customer service and supervisory experience, and StarGuard Elite Lifeguard, BLS CPR, and First Aid certification or an equivalent Canadian certification.
