The Greater Philadelphia YMCA is hiring an Aquatics Supervisor to lead aquatic operations, staff, safety, member service, programming, and pool maintenance. The role supervises lifeguards and swim instructors, ensures training and appropriate pool staffing, conducts safety audits and water-quality testing, maintains pool and surrounding areas, and serves on the branch management team. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.; the posting indicates a part-time schedule.
