Description
The Aquatics Supervisor manages and trains Aquatics Team Members, supports members and guests with swimming programs and Life Time services, maintains safe and clean aquatics facilities, and promotes swim programming. The role requires swimming, lifeguarding, customer service, and supervisory experience, along with StarGuard Elite Lifeguard, BLS CPR, and First Aid certification. It is an hourly position paying $17.75 to $21.25, with benefits including a subsidized membership, discounts, retirement matching, training, and full-time medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
