Description
The Accounts Receivable Accountant prepares and maintains customer accounts, reconciles payments and account adjustments, monitors outstanding balances, prepares aging reports, supports collections and billing, performs reconciliations and journal entries, assists with month-end and year-end close, supports audits, and identifies process improvements. The role requires at least two years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience, knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting, ERP or accounting-system experience, Microsoft Excel proficiency, and strong analytical, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
