Description
The AR Analyst supports Billups’ Finance function by computing, classifying, recording, and verifying financial data for accurate reporting. Responsibilities include learning full-cycle accounting, preparing balance-sheet reconciliations, assisting with accounts receivable and accounts payable, investigating discrepancies, processing cash deposits, maintaining customer and vendor data, matching invoices to purchase orders, assisting with payments and month- and year-end close, and managing vendor and business-partner relationships. The role requires 2–5+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or related financial-services experience, an associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, strong organizational and analytical skills, and familiarity with databases, spreadsheets, reporting, and Billups’ media-planning and buying software.
