General Fasteners Company is hiring a full-time Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Manager to lead end-to-end receivables, payables, treasury, and general ledger activities. The role manages a high-volume transactional team, improves working capital and process efficiency, partners with Sales, Purchasing, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT, and oversees collections, invoicing, cash application, vendor payments, cash monitoring, forecasting, and team development. The position requires 3–5 years of high-volume AR/AP experience, with supervisory experience and ERP or process-improvement experience preferred, and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
