Neolytix is hiring two openings for an Associate and a Senior Associate in US healthcare accounts receivable and denials. The Associate role requires at least one year of US healthcare AR calling experience, while the Senior Associate role requires 3–4 years of experience with denials and appeals. Responsibilities include calling US payers, resolving claim status and denials, rebilling or escalating claims, handling complex appeals and aged accounts, and supporting quality. The role is onsite in Gurugram on a fixed night US-hours shift, requires a completed bachelor’s degree, strong spoken and written English, and familiarity with billing or EHR platforms.
