The AR-CM2 Construction Manager II is responsible for managing in-building civil works, coordinating service providers and vendors, enforcing Ericsson, federal, local, and customer standards, controlling schedules and charges, inspecting quality and safety, resolving site problems, and preparing progress and closeout documentation. The role requires good knowledge and skills, independent problem-solving, and a minimum of 3–5 years of experience with project builds over 200 sites.
