Description
OLAPLEX is hiring an AR Manager to lead high-volume accounts receivable operations, manage FTE and contractor AR teams, oversee invoicing, cash application, collections, customer onboarding, process controls, reporting, forecasting, journal entries, and reconciliations. The role requires accounting knowledge, 3–5 years of AR, billing, credit, or management experience, significant NetSuite experience, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with foreign billing and tax requirements. The annual base pay is $120,000–$130,000, with eligibility for an annual bonus and medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
