Alteva RCM is hiring an AR Senior Manager – Insurance Follow-Up to lead revenue performance across client accounts managed by AR Account Managers. The role oversees account managers, monitors reporting and workflows, resolves complex payer and revenue issues, supports client onboarding and retention, and develops team leadership. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 5–8 years of revenue cycle management experience, and 4+ years in leadership or management. The position offers a $100,000–$140,000 USD pay range and health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
