The Arbeidsarts supports organizations and their employees on health and employability by overseeing employee health, advising employers and employees on prevention and workplace protection, conducting medical examinations and business visits, and participating in prevention committees and multidisciplinary projects. The role requires a master's degree in medicine and specialization in occupational medicine, along with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
