Description
The Vehicle Arbitration and Inspection Specialist resolves disputes between buyers and sellers over vehicle representations, oversees inspection quality and throughput, manages work-in-progress, conducts hands-on inspections, coordinates third-party inspections, maintains records, and serves as a customer liaison. The role requires prior automotive auction, inspection, or mechanical experience, a valid driver’s license, vehicle-driving ability, computer proficiency, and the ability to perform medium-to-heavy physical work. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
