The Auto Auction Arbitration Specialist resolves disputes between buyers and sellers arising from seller representations at an auto auction, researches post-sale issues, recommends resolutions, communicates final decisions, coordinates inspections and records, and supports customer service and loss-prevention activities. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer and communication skills, a valid driver license, and medium-to-heavy physical work; mechanical experience, auto-auction experience, and body-shop knowledge are preferred. The position pays $18-$20 hourly and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
