Arcadis is hiring a full-time Arborist to support NYC Parks’ tree preservation and street tree programs across New York City’s five boroughs. The role involves monitoring contractors, reviewing inspection reports, maintaining records, using the ForMS program, communicating with residents and agencies, administering health and safety procedures, identifying invasive plant species, attending field meetings, and providing administrative support. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree, ISA Arborist Certification or equivalent, and practical tree-protection or related experience; GIS, leadership, dispute resolution, and a personal vehicle are also required.
