Description
The Arcade Attendant provides guest service and supports arcade operations at a family entertainment center. Responsibilities include greeting guests, operating point-of-sale systems, handling cash and vouchers, maintaining sales records, monitoring safety and security, answering questions, stocking merchandise, demonstrating games, handling complaints, cleaning, conducting inventory, clearing token or ticket jams, and assisting with game maintenance. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, basic math and cash-handling skills, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods. The salary is $15.00 per hour.
