Ohana Pacific Health is hiring a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse to provide professional nursing care to residents in a post-acute healthcare facility. The role includes administering medications and treatments, transcribing physician orders, maintaining medication and medical-supply inventory, conducting physical assessments, and performing admission, transfer, and discharge assessments. Applicants must graduate from an accredited nursing school and hold a current Hawaii Licensed Practical Nurse license; geriatric experience, nursing standards of practice, medical terminology, and First Aid and CPR are preferred.
