Stantec is hiring an Archaeology Field Supervisor to lead archaeological fieldwork across Ontario for the 2026 field season, with an anticipated start date of March 2026. The role supervises field technicians, directs assessments, testing, excavation, surface collection, and monitoring, ensures compliance with MCM standards and HSSE requirements, and coordinates with project managers and Indigenous communities. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, a valid MCM Research License, at least one year of Ontario consulting archaeology field-supervision experience, and a valid driver’s license. The unionized hourly wage is $32.22 to $38.47, depending on experience.
