ShorePoint is hiring a full-time Archer GRC Developer to configure, develop, and maintain RSA Archer applications supporting governance, risk, and compliance operations. The role covers Archer application development, workflow and questionnaire configuration, data integration, NIST and FISMA compliance alignment, dashboards, server and SQL administration, platform upgrades, troubleshooting, change management, user training, and Splunk audit-log integration. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of relevant software development experience, federal security and compliance experience, and U.S. citizenship; the position is remote from Herndon, Virginia.
