Planen & Bauen GmbH is hiring an Architect as Project Manager for data center, building construction, and industrial construction projects. The role manages critical infrastructure projects, coordinates interfaces across trades, partners, subcontractors, and clients, plans personnel resources, and oversees quality, deadlines, and costs. It requires a technical degree in architecture or civil engineering, at least five years of project management and control experience, knowledge of HOAI/RIBA service phases and applicable legal frameworks, and fluent German and English. The position is full-time and permanent, with work locations in Bensheim, Berlin/Brandenburg, Düsseldorf, and Frankfurt, and offers remote-work options.
