Alight is hiring an AI/ML Architect to work as a hands-on individual contributor, designing, building, and deploying scalable AI and machine learning solutions. The role focuses on agentic search and chat applications, LLM and foundation model evaluation and deployment, RAG, guardrails, prompt engineering, Python and Spring AI development, data engineering, AWS, CI/CD, and mentoring engineers without direct people management. Candidates need 8–10 years of data engineering, ingestion, or AI/ML experience, including 5+ years in AI/ML projects, along with a master’s degree and strong coding and technical communication skills.
