The Architect will support performance phases 6 to 8 for architectural projects. The role requires a completed FH/TH degree in architecture, strong knowledge of tendering and contract award, MS Office, CAD, and estimating/programming tools, and the ability to manage and assess projects independently. Refurbishment and renovation experience is preferable, while experience with listed or protected buildings is desirable.
