Description
The Architect is responsible for developing and implementing design concepts, coordinating detailed planning, preparing cost estimates and bills of quantities, coordinating and monitoring site execution, and potentially independently managing projects across all service phases. The role requires a degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or a comparable qualification, professional experience, industry-standard software and MS Office skills, knowledge of technical guidelines and building law, and a creative, entrepreneurial approach. It is a permanent full-time position with flexible working hours and occasional work-from-home options.
