BSA is hiring an Architect for its St. Louis studio to lead architectural design and planning for projects supporting healing, learning, and discovery. The role involves translating client needs into design solutions, preparing documentation, coordinating multidisciplinary delivery, participating in project reviews, managing scope and project constraints, and mentoring emerging architects. Candidates need an accredited architecture degree, current registered architect licensure, and at least 10 years of architectural experience; NCARB certification, sustainability knowledge, and familiarity with architectural software are preferred.
