Colby Co. is hiring an Architect for its 12-person Architectural Department in Portland, Maine. The role covers building research, planning, design, coordination with civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection engineering, presentation preparation, site visits, submittals, substitutions, and RFIs through construction administration. The position may lead project team assignments and requires 5–10 years of architectural practice experience, architectural registration, building-code knowledge, and proficiency with AutoCAD or Revit.
