Cushing Terrell is hiring an Architect to independently lead federal and institutional projects from concept through construction, including design development, BIM and construction documentation, code and permitting analysis, consultant coordination, construction administration, and client relationship management. The role requires a licensed architect with at least 10 years of progressive experience, federal project experience, and advanced Revit and AutoCAD proficiency; it is based in the Billings or Boise office and pays $85,000 to $115,000 annually, with an annual performance bonus and no visa sponsorship.
