The role coordinates project documentation and delivery, leads cross-functional design disciplines, applies advanced architectural and BIM concepts, supports project schedules and budgets, and provides technical guidance to less experienced staff. The position requires a bachelor's degree in architecture, at least six years of professional experience, professional licensure, and proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam, SketchUp, rendering software, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suite.
