Description
The Architect will prepare airport terminal layouts, passenger facilities, support buildings, landside and airside infrastructure, and related architectural concepts, drawings, and construction documentation. The role coordinates with structural, MEP, civil, landscape, interior, and BIM teams; ensures compliance with NBC, airport authority regulations, fire safety, accessibility, and sustainability requirements; participates in design reviews and technical presentations; reviews consultant and contractor drawings; prepares design reports, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents; resolves construction issues; and monitors project schedules and quality. The position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and 10–15 years of relevant experience, with airport, aviation, terminal, metro, commercial, institutional, or large infrastructure experience; international airport experience is preferred, as is PMC or engineering consultancy experience. AutoCAD and Revit (BIM) are required.
