Description
The Architect is responsible for investigating requirements, developing concepts and designs, planning detailed execution and permits, tendering and awarding contracts, coordinating projects architecturally, visiting construction sites, and collaborating with cost estimation and procurement. The role requires an architecture degree, substantial professional experience in architecture and large-scale industrial or commercial construction, CAD proficiency, knowledge of tender and scheduling tools, and German and English language skills. It is a permanent full-time position with a 37.5-hour workweek, two home-office days after probation, and benefits including vacation, training, pension, savings benefits, and accident insurance.
