Description
The Architect will deliver architectural design plans and layouts for buildings and landscapes, manage project teams, and coordinate with engineers, contractors, administrators, and management through project programming, design development, and construction progress. The role includes preparing designs and documentation, reviewing compliance with codes and standards, analyzing space requirements, resolving design and construction issues, and overseeing quality control. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Design, PCATP registration, and 7–10 years of experience, preferably in multi-story commercial and residential projects; Revit modelling and design experience is a plus.
